    What are the roadblocks to education and employment faced by many minority youth? What can be done to remove those barriers? Jerri Irby, Mayo Clinic’s chair of human resources for workforce practice; Scott Beck, associate administrator, Lab Services, Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology at Mayo Clinic; Barbara Jordan, administrator, Office for Education Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and administrator, Mayo Clinic Quality Academy; and Kent Pekel, interim superintendent of Rochester Public School will discuss what’s working, what’s not, and what could make a difference in the future
