Jerri Irby, Mayo Clinic’s chair of human resources for workforce practice; Scott Beck, associate administrator, Lab Services, Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology at Mayo Clinic; Barbara Jordan, administrator, Office for Education Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and administrator, Mayo Clinic Quality Academy; and Kent Pekel, interim superintendent of Rochester Public School will discuss what’s working, what’s not, and what could make a difference in the future
