2023 Sponsorship Details

The Rochester Branch of the NAACP invites the community to join us for the 18th Annual Juneteenth Celebration which will once again be held in conjunction with Rochesterfest on Saturday, June 17th 12 PM - 5 PM at the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Park.

The Rochester Branch of the NAACP under the banner of Rochester Juneteenth Celebration, Inc, has been hosting Juneteenth since 2005. Join us for a fantastic fun filled family event with the community, sponsors, and community collaborators.

General Booth Information

• This contract is for space only (Space is limited) • It is the responsibility of each vendor to set-up and take down during the allotted time periods • It is recommended that each vendor use weights to secure tents if used • Each vendor is responsible for cleaning the booth area. All trash must be placed on the proper receptacles • No glass containers may be sold.

Booth Setup Information

Set up is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 17th. Each vendor is responsible for having booths open by 12:00 p.m. and closed no earlier than 6:00 p.m. Tear down must be completed by 7:00 p.m.

Signature and Form Submission I agree to abide by all city ordinances and conditions set forth by Rochester Juneteenth, Inc. to include timely payment and all conditions associated with this contract. I have read and fully understand the terms of this contract.
